These terms apply to every order placed with Nuit d'Or.

1 SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the NUIT D’OR online shop.

By completing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3 CONTRACT FORMATION

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

The purchase contract is concluded when:

– the customer completes an order, and

– NUIT D’OR confirms the order by email.

NUIT D’OR reserves the right to decline orders without stating reasons.

4 PRICES & CURRENCY

All prices:

– are stated in CHF / EUR / USD,

– include applicable statutory value added tax (where applicable),

– exclude shipping costs.

Prices may change at any time. The price at the time of the order applies.

5 PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are accepted:

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the purchase.

6 DELIVERY

Delivery is made worldwide via external shipping service providers. As NUIT D’OR works with international suppliers, delivery times may vary.

Average delivery time: 3-5 business days.

In exceptional cases: up to 8 business days.

7 RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain the property of NUIT D’OR until full payment has been received.

8 DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of order fulfilment.

NUIT D’OR does not sell customer data to third parties.

9 RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers may return products within 7 days of receipt.

REQUIREMENTS

– Product unused

– Original packaging intact

– No damage

EXCLUDED FROM RETURN

– Personalised products

– Discounted / sale items

10 REFUNDS

After receipt and inspection of the return, a refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.

The refund will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

11 LIABILITY

NUIT D’OR accepts no liability for:

– Delivery delays,

– Damage caused by improper use,

– Technical problems with the website,

– Force majeure events.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the respective order.

13 JURISDICTION

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
