Shipping Policy

How your order is processed, packed and delivered — and what to expect after checkout.

1 PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2 DELIVERY TIMES

Average delivery times:

Switzerland	3-4 business days
Germany	3-4 business days
Austria	3-4 business days
Europe	3-4 business days
International	3-5 business days

In exceptional cases: up to 8 business days.

3 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

NUIT D’OR occasionally offers:

– Free shipping,

– Promotional discounts,

– Or free delivery above a minimum order value.

4 ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive:

– A shipping confirmation,

– As well as a tracking number by email.

Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear, depending on the shipping carrier.

5 CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For international orders, the following charges may apply:

– Customs duties,

– Import taxes,

– Or local handling fees.

These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6 DELIVERY ISSUES

If a parcel is:

– Lost in transit,

– Arrives damaged,

– Or is significantly delayed,

7 INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address.

NUIT D’OR accepts no liability for:

– Incorrect addresses provided by the customer,

– Uncollected parcels,

– Or failed delivery attempts.

8 MULTIPLE PARCELS

Products may be shipped from different suppliers. As a result, an order may:

– Arrive in multiple parcels,

– At different times.

This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.
