- Orders and checkout: name, contact details, delivery address, order contents and payment status, processed to fulfil your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Checkout is operated by Shopify International Ltd. — their privacy policy applies to payment and checkout data.
- Newsletter: your email address, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via any newsletter email.
- Website delivery: technical connection data (IP address, time of request) is processed as necessary to serve the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Recipients
We use Shopify for the online shop, checkout and payments. Ordered items are fulfilled by our fulfilment partner BrandsGateway, which receives the data required to ship your order. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
Order and billing records are kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law; all other data is deleted once no longer needed for the purposes above.
5. Your rights
